# Cala Pregonda

Cala Pregonda is in Es Mercadal on Menorca’s north coast. The catalogue lists reddish sand, an approximate length of 150 metres and a walk of about 30 minutes from the nearest parking area or bus stop.

A striking north-coast cove of reddish sand with rocky islets just offshore, often compared to a Martian landscape. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

## Getting there

On foot only: park at Binimel·là and walk 25–30 minutes on a natural path with no shade. Start on the path to the left of the restaurant, through the gap in the fence, then follow the beach and the Camí de Cavalls.
