Getting there

In summer private cars cannot reach the area: take the L69 bus from Ciutadella to Macarella, then walk 10–20 minutes on the cliff path or the Camí de Cavalls. You can also walk in from Cala Galdana (about 4 km, steep and rocky in places).

Seasonal car restrictions

The catalogue lists seasonal private-car restrictions from 06-01 to 09-30 (MM-DD), with bus line 69 from Ciutadella — Via Perimetral. These recurring dates are planning guidance, not confirmation of this year's service. Verify dates, timetables, fares and booking with Mou-T Menorca.

Wind & shelter

The catalogue records this beach as opening towards SW. Wind coming from that direction can drive waves towards the shore; wind from the opposite direction may give more shelter near the sand. Headlands, terrain and offshore swell can change the result.

During northerly Tramuntana, south-coast coves may offer more shelter. Southerly winds can bring waves into these beaches; compare the forecast rather than relying on the coast alone.
